Pappardelle are large, very broad fettuccine. The name comes from the Italian verb 'pappare', meaning 'to gobble up'. This traditional pasta, a cousin to the smaller tagliatelle, was traditionally teamed up with wild boar and rich hare sauces.
To be used in conjunction with the Pasta Shaper (AT910/KAX910ME)
