Delivery terms of service

The following terms of service apply to purchases made from shopkenwood.co.za

Type of service:

The delivery of your order will be completed by our preferred courier to the designated delivery address. Delivery will only take place to addresses within the boundaries of the Republic of South Africa. It is not possible to collect your order from us. Delivery details will be shared with you once your parcel has been collected from our premises.

Cost of delivery:

All orders over the value of R999 including VAT will qualify for free delivery. The cost to deliver orders below the value of R999 will be charged at R90 including VAT upon check out.

Change of address:

The designated delivery address cannot be changed once the order had been confirmed.

Delivery lead times:

The lead time will depend on the location of the designated delivery address: The following delivery lead times will apply:

Major centres Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town	2-5 days
Regional areas	3-7 days
Outlying areas	5-9 days

Tracking your order:

Your order can be tracked by following the instructions on the order confirmation email. 

Delivery communication:

Communication on the progress of your order will be sent to the address provided recorded on your shopkenwood.co.za profile.
