Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 100ml milk
- 200g caster sugar
- 375g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp fine lapsang souchong tea leaves
- A pinch salt
Icing sugar to dust

Method:
- Heat the oven to 180°C and line a baking
tray or muffin tin with 12 muffin cases.
- Attach the K beater add the eggs, oil and
milk and mix on a medium speed, slowly add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
until fully combined and smooth.
- Fill each case two thirds full and bake for
about 20 minutes until risen and golden.
- Dust with icing sugar and serve.
