Kenwood and The International Hotel School Master Class Terms and Conditions for World Baking Day

 

  1. Event Details: Kenwood & IHS is offering a master class in celebration of World Baking Day on May 18th, 2024. The class will take place at the International Hotel School in Sunninghill, starting at 9:00 AM.
  1. Ticket Availability: Only 15 tickets will be available for purchase for the masterclass. There will be no hard copy ticket, however, a soft copy confirmation via an emailer will be sent and this will serve as a confirmation.
  1. Ticket Purchase: Tickets for the master class can be purchased exclusively through the Kenwood website at shopkenwood.co.za.
  1. Cost and Inclusions: The cost of each ticket is R500. This fee includes:
   - Participation in the master class.
   - A laminated recipe for the baked goods taught in the class.
   - All necessary ingredients for the class.
   - A goodie bag containing a Kenwood hand mixer, apron, and spatula.
  1. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their transportation to and from the International Hotel School in Sunninghill.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy: 
   - Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by Kenwood & IHS.
   - In case of cancellation by a participant, no refunds will be provided.

 

  1. Participant Eligibility: Participants must be aged 18 or above to attend the master class. 
  1. Liability: Kenwood and the International Hotel School are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during the master class.
  1. Photography and Filming: Kenwood & HIS reserves the right to photograph and film the master class for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should notify Kenwood in advance.
  1. Changes to Event Details: Kenwood reserves the right to make changes to the event details, including the venue, date, and time, in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. 
  1. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the master class. Kenwood reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive behavior.

 

  12.POPIA Compliance: Kenwood respects the privacy of its participants and complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in all aspects of the campaign. Participant data collected during the registration and claim process will be handled per Kenwood's privacy policy.

 

By purchasing a ticket for the Kenwood Master Class, participants indicate their acceptance and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
