Ingredients: 8 medium jalapeños, sliced in half - seeds and membranes scooped out 125g cream cheese (room temperature) 1/4 cup bacon bits (cooked) 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs 1 tbsp butter, melted (or olive oil)

Method:

Mix the Filling: Mash softened cream cheese, bacon bits, shredded cheddar, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.

Stuff the Peppers: Fill each hollowed jalapeño half with the mixture, smoothing the tops level with the edges.

Prep the Topping: In a small bowl, toss Panko breadcrumbs with melted butter until coated.

Add the Crunch: Dip each pepper into the breadcrumbs, gently pressing so they stick.

Air Fry: Place peppers in a single layer, crumb-side up. Air fry at 185°C for 8–10 minutes until golden and tender.
