Ingredients:
8 medium jalapeños, sliced in half - seeds and membranes scooped out
125g cream cheese (room temperature)

Method:

  1. Mix the Filling: Mash softened cream cheese, bacon bits, shredded cheddar, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Stuff the Peppers: Fill each hollowed jalapeño half with the mixture, smoothing the tops level with the edges.
  3. Prep the Topping: In a small bowl, toss Panko breadcrumbs with melted butter until coated.
  4. Add the Crunch: Dip each pepper into the breadcrumbs, gently pressing so they stick.
  5. Air Fry: Place peppers in a single layer, crumb-side up. Air fry at 185°C for 8–10 minutes until golden and tender.

  6. Let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.
