Caramelised chicken wings

Method: 1. In a medium bowl, combine the oil, soy sauce, honey, ketchup and sliced garlic; mix well. 2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are coated all over. 3. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, turning the wings a couple of times so they are seasoned on both sides. 4. Once marinated, transfer the wings into the drawer, allowing space around each one. 5. Select the AIRFRY function, CHICKEN, 180°C, set 30 minutes and press the START button; the device will start to cook. 6. Ensure the chicken is cooked through before serving; extend the cooking time by five minutes if necessary. |
